I have purchased tickets for someone else, how do they collect their tickets?

If the person named on the booking supplies valid ID such as a passport or driver's license then there will be no problem when collecting your tickets. 

 

Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card used for payment will always be required and the pass/es will not be issued without it.
