No, with your combination ticket, you have up to 90 days from your first attraction visit date to visit the remaining attractions.
Once you have made your booking, your email confirmation will include a link to your Account Holder Portal, where you can pre-book your other visits. You MUST have a timeslot for an attraction before you visit it.
Accessing the Account Holder Portal
- Please log into the Account Holder Portal using your order number and email address entered at the time you made the booking N.B if using Apple or Google Pay, please enter the email address associated with this account.
- Enter the 6 digit verification code sent to your email. The code will expire after 10 minutes if not activated.
- If you did not receive a 6 digit verification code via your email, you can request a new code after 60 seconds N.B if using Apple or Google Pay, the verification code will be sent to the email address associated with the booking
- Once logged into the portal, you can view your tickets, view your payment receipt or amend the date/ time of your visit subject to availability and the specific ticket terms and conditions.
